A:Benwei Battery factory will test all the battery Voltage and Internal resistance capacity 100% before delivery.
Q: Can your batteries pass the ULCE/ROHS/MSDS certificate?
A: Yes, our batteries meet the international industrial standards, like UL, CE/RoHS/CCC
Q: Does Benwei accept sample orders? What's the Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Trial order or sample order is accepted, but the same cost as bulk.
Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.
Q: How long does the warranty?
A: In general, the time is 36 months.
Q: Can we visit the Benwei factory?
A: Warmly welcome. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong.
Q: Can we get samples for the test?
