Q1: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order for testing, mixed samples are acceptable. Sample cost can be returned after get your mass order.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A: 7-10 days for regular sample orders, 15-20 days for custom sample orders, 18-30 days for mass production .
Q3: Is it possible to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service, it’s acceptable for mass production order.
Q4: What’s your payment term and delivery term?
A: Normally we accept T/T and L/C, 30% deposit and balance before shipment, delivery in Shenzhen Port, if any other requirement, you can contact us for detail.
Q5: Do you offer guaranty for your products?
A: Yes, almost all lamps have a 5-year warranty except for the LBA series, which has a two-year warranty.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, we have strict IQC,IPQC,PQC,FQC,OQC procedure, strict quality control system. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new materials or whole lamps for replacement with new orders in small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them with our freight, or we can discuss the solution including recalling according to real situation.Your warranty problem will be solved within 72hours..
