Q. What about your product quality? Do you have quality control?
A:We pay great attention to product quality. There is 4 quality inspection procedures in our company, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC. In addition, we have spent a lot on purchasing profession quality inspection equipment to control and improve our product quality.
Q. How long do you do aging testing for products?
A:For our old products which have been very mature and bore verification from market, normally we do aging testing for 8 hours at least. For the new products, we will do aging testing for 24 hours to ensure the quality.
Q. Can you please offer IES files for Dialux?
A：Yes. We have testing equipment with well-known brand “EVERFINE” for integrating sphere and dark room. We can offer IES files for your each orders. If necessary, we can also help you do the Dialux, but we need you to send us the detailed demands.
Q. How long do you deal with complaint?
A:We can give you a fast, high effectively and cheerful after-sales service. Normally we need 3days to provide solutions after all necessary information collected. If it is due to quality problem, we will give compensation accordingly, but we need you provide us with detailed photos and video. After our QC analyse and find out the reason, we will give you the solutions.
