A1: Yes, our structure engineers can make CAD and 3D drawing and development new products based on the requirements of client. we have mould workshops of punched, injection and die-casting products, mould samples are faster much.
Q2. Can I have a sample order for the item we insterest?
A2: Yes, we accept sample order to test and check quality. Mixed models are acceptable.
Q3. What's the lead time for sample and bulk order?
A3: 3-5 days for samples, 2-4 weeks for batch bulk order.
Q4. What is the quality process of lights and what is warranty time of products?
A4: Our factory passed GBT19001-2016 and ISO9001-2015, 100% finished products passed test aging before packing. we offer 2-5 years guarrantee to all our products.
Q5. How to deal with the products fail in period of guarantee?
