A: NOT WATERPROOF BUT THINK IT COULD WORK IN BATHROOM BUT NOT SHOWER.
Q: Do I need a dimmer switch? Can you recommend a specific dimmer?
A: Yes, you need.We could like to recommend you to choose Lutron 0-10V dimmer, see.
Q: Do I have to install the LED Ceiling Panel in a drop ceiling or can I suspend it?

Either type of install is possible with our LED Ceiling Panel Light.
· Drop Ceiling Install - Mount it flush against a drop ceiling.
· Suspension Install - Suspend from a wire so it hangs horizontally away from the ceiling. Suspension kits are not included with the panel, but they would include an anchor, wire rope, and hardware.
Q: Why the product warranty is 5 years? I need to change the lamp after 5 years?
A: The industrial standard warranty is 5 years.
And it doesn’t mean the lamp life span is 5 years, it mean we will provide related after sales service freely during this 5 years.
The lamps could still work well after 5 years normally.
Q: Can you do our own packaging?
