Question:I didn't receive the installation manual discussed in other questions with my order. Where may I access an online version of this manual?

Answer: Manual not really needed. To install, just cut the ballast out of the circuit. You have a black and white wire coming in with a ground wire from source that go to the ballast. Keep the green wire attached to the fixture, cut the black and white wires. The fixture will usually have 2 red, 2 blue, 4 yellow wires. Tie the yellow wires to the white input line, tie the blue and red to the black input. I'll assume you have the power turned off prior to starting ths. It has been my experience that 2 LED bulbs (18 watt 5k) can easily replace 4 40 watt standard bulbs.
