A: Yes. They will fade as the bulb gets near the end of its normal operating life. But it is very gradual and hardly noticeable. This is called Lumen Degradation and is denoted as L70. L70 is the amount of time the light takes to get to 70% of the initial lumen output.

Q: How much money can you save when you convert to LED?

A: It all depends what you are converting. Incandescent to LED, fluorescent to LED, Metal Halide to LED. And this answer will change over time as LED Lights become more efficient and their lumens/watt get better.
