1.How far above the ground must the 300W light be mounted?
It makes no mention of the height above the ground at which it should be put. Ours is attached to the side of our barn. Very well done! I like reducing our electric bill!
2.Do you provide extension cords so that I may place the panel further from the light?
I don't believe the connections are proprietary, but you should get in touch with the manufacturer regarding a solar panel extension cable if you do.
