A: Any items received by you within the last days can be returned to us at our warehouse in Laceby (Excluding LED Tape). Assuming you have already requested this by email, we will send you the information required to make a return when we reply to your support ticket.

A: Either end is fine, no polarity. If you are replacing fluorescent with this LED, you have to remove the ballast.
