How to test it to see if they can work during power outage?

Steps:

Use them in a unplugged lamp, if those bulbs can work in a a unplugged lamp, then they can work during power outage. if they can't work in a unplugged lamp, it doesn't mean those bulbs was defective, please try step 2 and read step 3.
Use them in the hooks provided, if the bulb can work in the hooks provide, then they will work during power outage.
If the bulb can't work in your unplugged lamp but can work in the hooks provided, then, during power outage, please flip off the breaker and keep the lamp plugged in , then the bulb can work during power outage.

* Please charge them with electricity before testing them.
