Q: I ordered Natural White LED but received Cool White for 4ft t5 tube. 

A: 99.9% of the time, this won't be correct. LED Colours are not names, they are in fact numbers. For us, 4000K = Natural White and 6000K = Cool White. Some other brands/manufacturers might label a product Cool White, but the actual colour will be 4000K. So, if in doubt, please switch the light bulb on to check for yourself. 

How to choose LED tube?

 1. Substrate: Mount the LED chip surface on the PCB or aluminum substrate, and then fix it on the aluminum alloy radiator. The thermal conductivity of glass fiber PCB is 20w/mk, and the thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is 200w/mk. It is better to use an aluminum substrate.

2. Lifespan: The lifespan of the lamp mainly depends on the reasonable combination of chips, power supply, heat dissipation and other aspects. In the final analysis, except for the most basic materials.
