1. Which led color is best for eyes?
There are several requirements for good lighting for eyes. First of all, the light must be continuous, with no changes in light and shade in a short period of time, and no stroboscopic conditions. Such a light is good for the eyes, and the color temperature is between 4000 and Around 4600k, the color temperature should be moderate, soft, and slightly yellowish.
