Question: How to use the bulbs correctly?
Answer :Replace old bulbs in the lamp with this bulb and use it as a regular bulb. When there is power outage, it will continue to work for 3-4 hours. Alternatively, place the bulb in the hook cap and use the built-in on/off switch to control the bulb. Or, use fingers/damp cloth/conductive materials to touch both the base tip and the threads base to light it up.
Question: Will it work during power outages?
Answer :During power outages, simply keep the light switch on, and the light bulb in the lamp will stay on for more than 3-4 hours. Sweet tip: to test the bulb before a power failure, keep the bulb in a lamp socket, unplug and turn on the switch, use wet cloth or a metal fork to connect the two prongs of the plug, switch on and the bulb should still turn on.
Question: Why the bulbs doesn’t turn off?
Answer: A small portion of American homes’ circuit designs are not compatible with our bulbs, which is most likely due to the wiring inside the fixtures.
