1.In a 6 volt system, are LED lights compatible?
Led lights with the proper design will function with 6 volt positive ground. 90% less energy is used by led lights than by incandescent ones. Given that they use less electricity, leds are excellent for ageing generators and alternators.
2.Does 6V work with 12V LEDs?
Given that all "white" LEDs need 3.2V to operate, a 12 V LED should NOT function on 6 V. Three LEDS connected in series with a current-limiting resistor typically make up a 12V LED.
