Shipping information: LTL freight will be used to deliver this item. To schedule a delivery appointment, the carrier will call you at the phone number listed on your order at least 24 hours in advance. An adult must be present to check the goods, sign the delivery receipt, and unload when the carrier arrives for delivery. Upon reception, the shipment must be carefully inspected, and any shortages or damages must be documented. Any discrepancies or problems that go unnoticed could result in extra costs for replacement or repair.
Please be aware that truck drivers do not unload goods; the recipient is solely responsible for doing so. A liftgate can be necessary if you don't have a forklift or elevated loading dock to unload your merchandise from the vehicle. The back of the truck has a liftgate, which is a motorized platform that lowers your order to the ground so you may carry it into your place of business or residence. Your order will be set down on the ground by the truck driver using the liftgate, and it is up to you to move it to the desired spot on your property. This service is available for an extra cost and is NOT part of your order's standard shipping. If a lift gate is required, kindly request it from the carrier.
