This is an energy-saving rechargeable bulb led with inbuilt battery. It functions like a normal LED bulb when rechargeable bulb led is available. However, when there is power failure, the inbuilt battery immediately takes over and powers the bulb for 3 to 4 hours before the battery runs out.

Do rechargeable bulbs charge when not in use?
