A: Yes, you can tell us package design and we will produce it.
Q: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time?
A: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us. We will replace new ones for free.
Q: How do you ensure the quality?
A: We get three QC processes:1.For raw materials; 2.During the half of production; 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 24 hours.
Q: How long for the delivery time for daylight photography lights?
A: For led tube light delivery time: samples: 3-5 working days, Bulk order 7-12 working days, depends on order quantity. For led flood light, led high bay light delivery time 5-12 working days after receive payment.
Q: What’s your MOQ of studio flash light?
A: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. But we will suggestion order above 25pcs, because 25pcs a box.
