Q1:What about the warranty? What if the LED lights go wrong?
A1:We have 5 years of warranty for all the products for sale. If you meet any problem, please contact us directly. We will try our best to solve it.
Q2: Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
A2:Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A3: We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx or TNT. It usually takes about 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A4: Yes. We can provide OEM and ODM for you. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: What is your payment term?
A5: Usually,we accept T/T. For regular orders, 30% deposit, and balance paid before delivery.
