Question:Are these available in 3000k color? i need an instant on in 3000k....?

Answer:Yes, It provides ample illumination and a warm tone.

Question:Does this light require an extra wire to be run from dimmer switch to the light(s)?

Answer:It does. These are 0-10v dimming so you have to get that type of dimmer and a low voltage wire runs out of that to the lights for the dimming communication, separate from the power.

Question:I have 2x2 fluorescent lights now & what to switch to these, is it easy to do?

Answer:If your 2x2 fluorescent lights are used in drop ceiling, then yes, very easy, just knock power, disconnect fluorescent and connect these. If your 2x2 fluorescent is not in drop ceiling you would have to purchase the housing separate.

Question:Do these come with a wire diagram? Just to make sure when changing my current fixture to make it work.
