Question:Does this have a cord out of the fixture from factory or how is it wired?
Answer:There is a power cord that comes with the light and it’s outside of the fixture but there is no plug attached to the cord, just bare wires. I had an electrician wire my light up. I also had him add a photocell to my light so it would come on at dusk and shut off at dawn. The light also comes with wiring to add a dimmer switch which I highly recommend.
Question:Can i used this fixture to illuminate a flag on a 30 ft pole light.
Answer:This light is extremely bright and designed to be mounted top of a pole to shine down. This is not a light I would use to illuminate a flag.
Question:Is this by chance solar or battery powered? I want to make sure I don't need to have traditional electricity to operate it
Answer:it needs power supply from the outlet (traditional electricity). Not solar nor battery power.
