2. The number of thread engagement between the lamp hanger and switch and the junction box shall not be less than 5 buttons. The thread processing should be smooth and complete without rust, and the threads should be coated with electrical compound grease or conductive anti-rust grease. Tighten the fastening bolts of lamps and switches to ensure that they are not loose, and the gaskets should be in good condition.
3. The installation position of the lamps should be away from the release source, and not above or below the pressure relief ports and discharge ports of various pipes.
4. When installing explosion-proof lamps, the nozzle near the lamp and the upper part of the hanging pipe need to be isolated and sealed. For the CB313-240G type explosion-proof lamp, the nozzle in the lamp holder should also be isolated and sealed.
5. The specific method of isolation and sealing is: wrap the wire with a thin cotton rope. The number of winding turns depends on the diameter of the wire and the diameter of the pipe, and it is required to be wound until the inner diameter of the pipe is close. If the pipe has multiple wires, it should be crossed with a single wire for 3 to 4 turns before winding, and the pipe mouth should be filled with asphalt mixture sealing filler. The electrical connector should not only be in close contact, but also have measures to prevent self-loosening, such as the use of anti-return gaskets, anti-loosening nuts, etc. In order to ensure the tightness of the device, the isolation and sealing of the wire inlet must be done well.
