Classification of the sensitivity of semiconductor devices to static electricity

The electronics industry is divided into three levels according to the sensitivity of the device itself to static electricity:

Class I≤≤100V

Class Ⅱ s500

Class Ⅲ≤1000V

It is found that semiconductor tubes made of gallium nitride materials such as GalnN, such as white, green, and blue tubes, have weak ESD resistance and are Class I anti-static devices. The red, yellow and other LED tubes made of gallium, aluminum, arsenic and other materials have relatively high ESD resistance and are Class II anti-static devices.
