How Does The Bulb Work During Power Outage ?

When there is a power outage, switch on, the bulb will stay on as emergency led light, if witch off, the bulb will be off.

In the event of a power outage, a rechargeable LED bulb functions as follows:

1. When power fails, an automatic switch to battery mode is made.
The bulb immediately switches to its built-in battery backup when the main power source is cut off.

The battery power will be used to keep the lightbulb on if it was already on before the power outage.

The bulb won't switch on by itself unless it includes a motion sensor or other unique function, so if it was off before to the outage, it will stay off.

2. Manual Control in the Event of a Power Outage
Certain rechargeable bulbs have a physical switch, which can be found on the bulb or on a remote control.

The lamp will use the battery to light up if you flip the switch ON during a blackout.

It will remain off until the power is restored if you turn it off.

The location of the wall switch affects standard versions (without a switch):

The bulb remains on in battery mode if the wall switch is turned on.

The bulb remains off if the wall switch is off.

3. What Is Its Duration?
Battery capacity determines backup duration, which is typically 3–6 hours at maximum brightness.

To increase backup time, some lamps offer a low-power mode (dim light).

4. Refueling When the Power Comes Back
If the lightbulb is left in the socket, it will automatically recharge when the energy is restored.

When electricity is available, it functions like a regular bulb, so there's no need to reset anything.

Important Takeaway:

✔During an outage, the bulb remains on (battery mode).
✔During an outage, the bulb remains off.
✔ Automatically recharges upon power restoration.
