3 Then try to illuminate the circuit board that has been welded by electric welding to see if there is empty welding or no light, so as to ensure that the controller and LED lamp beads of the led line light are intact in the whole process of the original timeliness.
4. After testing the lighting fixtures, place the heat-dissipating silicon copper on the opposite side of the aluminum substrate, and put the circuit board into the chassis. The heat transfer silicon copper releases the heat of the LED lamp bead to the lamp arm, which can prevent the light attenuation coefficient of the LED lamp bead.
5. The whole process of preparation in advance has been successfully completed. The switching power supply has been welded to the positive and negative stages of the aluminum substrate, and then the two sides are bound with tape to carry out gluing.
6. After the super glue is dry, cover the laminated glass again, and the waterproof led line light does not need to be plywood with laminated glass. Its construction type is not waterproof and must be excellent super glue
7. After closing the laminated glass cover, plug the outer nozzle.
