With the rapid development of China's petroleum industry, chemical industry, and mining industry, the use of lighting fixtures for production, warehouses, and rescue is becoming more and more extensive, and there are more and more varieties. How to avoid the accidental explosion of lighting fixtures in places with explosive gas risk is particularly important.
1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation location and method of the lamps, and then prepare the corresponding length of Φ8~14mm three-core cables according to the distance from the lamps to the 220V power supply contact.
2. Remove the side panel with the "open/lock" mark on the junction box, and take out the device accessories from the packaging box, including sealing rings, gaskets and joints (with set screws). There are also ceiling mount adapters (with set screws) and 3/4" adapters.
1) Wall-mounted installation: first install the lamp body on the wall or other support through the bracket (make sure the shading plate is directly above the lamp), and then pass the cable through the joint, gasket, sealing ring in sequence until it is inside the junction box (pre- Set aside a certain length of cable to facilitate wiring), finally tighten the joint, and tighten the set screw;
2) Inclined boom type device: Pass the connector through the cable, screw it into the steel pipe, tighten the set screw, and then pass the cable through the gasket and the sealing ring in sequence until it reaches the junction box (reserve a certain length of cable to facilitate wiring) , and then screw the lamp body into the connector, make sure that the junction box terminal is facing down. After connecting the wires according to step 3, adjust the relative position of the copper joint and the steel pipe to ensure that the shading plate is directly above the bulb, and then tighten the set screw;
3) Vertical boom type device: first pass the connector through the cable, screw in the steel pipe, tighten the set screw, and then pass the cable through the gasket and the sealing ring in sequence until the junction box (reserving a certain length of cable is convenient wiring), then tighten the lamp body and the connector, and tighten the set screw;
4) Ceiling installation: screw the 3/4 inch adapter into the ceiling adapter, screw the connector into the 3/4 inch adapter, tighten the set screws respectively, and then pass through the cable, install it on the roof, and finally connect the cable. Pass through the gasket and sealing ring in sequence until the junction box (reserve a certain length of cable for easy wiring), then tighten the lamp body and the connector, and tighten the set screw;
3. Connect one end of the three-core cable to the "L", "N" and the contact points in the box, then press the cable with the cable pressure plate, and fix it with the fastening screw, then install the side plate, and tighten the screw.
