How to Fix Led Lights Not Turning On
1. The reason why the LED light does not turn on is due to two situations: First, the excessive leakage current of the LED will cause the PN junction to fail, causing the LED light to turn off. Second, the LED's internal connecting leads are disconnected, causing no current to flow through the LED and causing dead light.
2. To repair the LED light, you can use a flat blade screwdriver to carefully pry off the metal screw connector of the LED light bulb head and the main plastic connector of the light bulb, and keep it in full recovery after repair. After opening, check the electronics of the conversion section. If there is no problem, check the output voltage by turning the power on. In the case of a 2W LED bulb, use a multimeter to measure the output DC voltage of 105.5V, indicating that the fault is in the LED light-emitting part.
3. If the LED bulb light-emitting part is disconnected from the power source, then the plastic bulb made of plastic and the plastic body attached to its connection is separated. Since the part is glued on, it may not come apart completely and it will damage the plastic bulb, but it doesn't matter if you don't use it. After repair, it doesn't affect the glow, it doesn't look good.
4. After the repair, insert the green shell paper commonly used by electricians into the metal screw mouth of the lamp cover. A circular green shell paper is placed in the plastic body to separate the LED light-emitting elements from the electronic components. So, how do you find out which set of light-emitting components is broken? You can use the resistance determination block of a mechanical multimeter to find bad spots. The red and black test using a multimeter resulted in testing on both ends of its LED light-emitting element. You can test the test by opposing, crossing and swapping the red and black test leads until a glowing point is detected. After all points have been measured, paper is first drawn for each group of luminescent components and three luminescent points in each group, and the non-luminescent points are noted for comparison and removal.

How to use LED lights correctly
1. When cleaning the LED lamp housing with chemicals, care must be taken, because some chemicals will damage the colloidal surface and cause discoloration, such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc. It can be wiped and dipped in ethanol in less than 3 minutes at room temperature.
2. In the process of use, whether it is single-chip or multi-chip, it is recommended that the DC drive current of each LED is in the range of 10-20mA.
3. Momentary pulses will destroy the fixed connections within the LED light, so the circuit must be carefully designed so that the LED light is not subject to overvoltage or overcurrent when the line is turned on and off.
There are many reasons why an LED light won't turn on due to component issues. This has a lot to do with the quality of the LED light itself. As a result, parts are damaged, so it is important to use them in general.
