2. The LED street light shell is anodized, but during the anodization process, there are many small holes on the surface of the LED street light shell. The existence of small holes will affect the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the oxide film, so it is necessary to treat such small holes. Seal the hole. The commonly used methods for sealing quality inspection are acid leaching method, admittance method and phosphobutyric acid method. Acid leaching is generally used in on-site inspections. Scrub the surface of the LED street lamp shell with acetone to remove oil and dust, drop nitric acid with a volume ratio of 50% onto the surface and scrub gently, wash off the nitric acid with clean water after 1 minute, and then wipe dry. Drop a drop of medical purple syrup on the surface, after 1 minute, wipe off the purple syrup and wash the surface thoroughly, carefully observe the traces left. The LED street light housing with poor sealing will leave obvious traces. The heavier the traces, the worse the sealing quality.
3. An important factor affecting the service life of the LED street light shell is corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance inspection includes copper accelerated acetate spray test and dripping alkali test. Here is an introduction to the dripping alkali test: the corrosion resistance of the LED street lamp shell is to drop about 10mg, 100g/L NaOH solution on the surface of the LED street lamp shell at 35℃±1℃, and visually observe the droplets until corrosion and bubbling occur. Calculate the penetration time of its oxide film.
4. Check whether the LED street light shell and its packaging are marked with the product standard code and production license number, etc.: There is an oxide film on the surface of the LED street light shell, which is formed by anodic oxidation and has strong anti-oxidation and Corrosive, can effectively guarantee the service life of the LED street lamp shell.
