1. Prepare the tools needed for replacement and maintenance of LED downlights. The common tools for replacing and repairing LED downlights are: electric tape, a set of LED downlights of the same model, pliers, and a small hand saw if necessary.
2. Turn off the power and buckle down the light slowly. Pay attention to the reed clip on the light. After you see it, press down and remove the light with your fingers. If you don’t pay attention to the reed clip, you will be injured by the reed clip if you pull the lamp head straight down. , So be careful to remove the old bad LED downlight.
3. Then first disassemble the connector, replace the lamp cap, the driver does not move, turn on the light switch, if the lamp does not light, it can be determined that the driver is faulty, replace the driver.
4. To turn off the light switch at this time, it is best to turn off the main power supply, then turn on the power supply line of the driver (shorten it directly), then remove the broken driver and tap the power input section of the new driver. , Peel the two lamp thread ends.
5. Wrap one of the driver power cords around one of the lamp power cords (the lighting power is not positive or negative) and wrap it with electrical tape, and connect the other one with the same connection method and wrap it with electrical tape.
