The building lighting project in big cities refers to the installation of lighting fixtures on the ground, which is conducive to giving essential visibility to vehicles and passers-by at night. Lighting fixtures in big cities can not only improve traffic conditions and reduce driver fatigue, but also help improve urban road traffic capacity and ensure road traffic safety.
At present, most of the building lighting engineering lamps for general lighting of urban roads are LED street lamps. In fact, LED street lamps are now combined with the intelligent system LED street lamp automatic control system. Lighting lamps and lanterns should reasonably use solar energy to generate electricity to prevent glare. The light from the LED street light should be illuminated along the required angle and fall into the road in a special pattern. The light of this luminaire is wide and uniform, which can make the road surface very saturated and the glare is small. In order to reduce glare, different LED luminous flux methods can be used to operate on the larger light intensity.

The building lighting engineering lamps of municipal road lighting can be roughly divided into light-cutting lamps, semi-lighting lamps and non-cutting lamps.
(1) The light directly outside the road width of the light-cutting lamp does not exceed 10% of the color rendering index of the rated current of the lamp source. The light is extensive along the way, resulting in small glare, which can be used on important streets, trunk roads and highways. The angle between the maximum light intensity of the lamp and the vertical axis of the lamp is 0°~65°, and the standard values of the maximum light intensity at the 90° angle and 80° angle are 10cd/1000lm and 30cd/1000lm respectively. When the size of the lumen value of the lamp source is not fully considered, the maximum value of the light intensity at the 90° angle azimuth cannot exceed 1000cd.
(2) The light outside the direct line of the semi-pulled light fixture does not exceed 30% of the color rendering index of the rated current of the light source. The angle between the maximum light intensity of the lamp and the downward vertical axis of the lamp is 0°-75°, and the standard values of the light intensity at the 90° angle and 80° angle are 50cd/1000lm and 100ed/1000lm respectively. Regardless of the specification of the light source's lumen value, the maximum value of its light intensity at 90" azimuth cannot exceed 1000cd.
