In the production process of high-power LED floodlights, attention should be paid to the contact between the lamp beads and the aluminum substrate. Appropriate thermal silica should be coated, and the lamp beads should be welded on the aluminum substrate. The positive and negative poles of the lamp beads should correspond to the positive and negative poles of the aluminum substrate. The solder joints of the lamp beads should be firm, and there should be no false soldering, so as to reduce the phenomenon of false soldering and avoid unnecessary troubles in the subsequent use process.
Pay attention to sufficient contact between the bottom of the aluminum substrate and the lamp body.
