Precautions when charging mining lamps

Precautions when charging mining lamps

Mine lamps are the general term for mine-specific lighting lamps. Mine lamps are suitable for places where there is a danger of gas (methane) coal dust explosion in coal mines; the tunnels at the bottom of the mining area can also be used for tunnels and chambers with large water sprays in infrastructure mines. Main use: used for safety lighting, emergency lighting and disaster relief lighting in environments with flammable and explosive combustible gases such as mining, petroleum, chemical, railway, transportation, storage, etc. It is especially suitable for underground coal mines, tunnels, various underground works and civil air defense works. Applicable personnel: management cadres, safety inspectors, ventilation managers, mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel, and underground mobile operators.

Lithium miner's lamp is portable and consists of lamp holder, cable and battery (including lithium ion battery, safety protection device and battery slot, etc.). There are at least two light sources in the lamp holder, which can be fixed on the mining helmet. It is suitable for mobile lighting in flammable and explosive places such as petrochemical, electric power, mining, fire protection, metallurgy, etc.

Matters needing attention when charging mining lamps

three-proof lamp

1. The charging work is in charge of the special person.

2. When charging, the battery temperature should not exceed 45℃

3. When the battery does not need to be charged continuously, the lamp holder should be rotated 180&ordm counterclockwise to cut off the charging circuit.

4. If there is a sudden power failure during charging, please turn the lamp holder counterclockwise 180&ordm immediately.

5. Carefully check whether the vent cover is blocked before charging, keep the exhaust unobstructed, check the fasteners before lighting, and do not loosen.

6. The used mining lamps should be fully charged for 12 hours, and the charging current should be reduced to below 0.1A, otherwise spare lamps should be used.

7. The battery with red and extinguished light should be replaced and repaired in time.
