The composition and working principle of solar street lights
Solar street lights are mainly composed of solar panel components, intelligent controllers, battery packs, light sources, light poles and brackets.
Solar street lights use solar panels to convert solar radiation into electrical energy during the day, and then store the electrical energy in a battery through an intelligent controller. When night comes, the intensity of the sun gradually decreases. When the intelligent controller detects that the illuminance decreases to a certain value, it controls the battery to provide power to the light source load, so the light source will automatically turn on when it is dark. The intelligent controller protects the charging and over-discharge of the battery, and controls the turn-on and lighting time of the light source.

Foundation pouring
1. Establish the installation position of the street lamp: According to the construction drawings and the geological situation of the survey site, in the place where there is no shading on the top of the street lamp, determine the installation position of the street lamp with the street lamp spacing of 40 meters as the reference value, otherwise the street lamp installation position should be replaced appropriately.
2. Excavation of street lamp foundation pit: excavate the street lamp foundation pit at the fixed location of street lamp installation. If the ground is 1 meter of soft soil, the depth of excavation will increase. And confirm and protect other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) at the excavation location.
3. Build a battery box in the dug foundation pit to bury the battery. If the excavated foundation pit is not wide enough, it will continue to be dug wide to have enough space to accommodate the battery box.
4. Pouring the embedded parts of the street lamp foundation: In the excavated 1 meter deep pit, place the pre-welded embedded parts in the pit, and place one end of the steel wire tube in the middle of the embedded part, and the other end to the buried part. Place the battery. And keep the embedded parts, the foundation and the ground on the same level. Then use C20 concrete to cast and fix the embedded parts. During the pouring process, stir and be evenly balanced to ensure the compactness and firmness of the entire embedded part.
5. After the construction is completed, clean up the residue on the positioning board in time, wait until the concrete is completely solidified (about 4 days, 3 days if the weather is good), then install the solar street light.

Solar street light assembly installation
1. Solar panel installation
1. Put the solar panel on the panel support and tighten it with screws to make it firm and reliable.
2. Connect the output wire of the solar panel, pay attention to the correct positive and negative poles of the solar panel, and fasten the output wire of the solar panel with a cable tie.
3. After the wire is connected, tin-plat the connection of the battery board to prevent the wire from oxidizing. Then put the lined battery board aside and wait for the line to be threaded.
2. LED lighting installation
1. Pass the lamp wire out of the lamp arm, and leave a section of lamp wire at one end of the lamp holder to install the lamp holder.
2. Hold up the light pole, pass the other end of the light wire through the alignment hole reserved for the light pole, and run the light wire to the top end of the light pole. And install the lamp cap on the other end of the lamp wire.
3. Align the lamp arm with the screw holes on the lamp pole, and then use a quick wrench to tighten the lamp arm with screws. After visually checking that the lamp arm is not skewed, tighten the lamp arm.
4. Mark the end of the lamp wire that passes through the top of the lamp pole, and use a thin wire tube to pass the two wires to the bottom end of the lamp pole together with the solar panel wire, and fix the solar panel on the lamp pole. After checking that the screws are tightened, wait for the crane to lift.
3. Lifting the light pole
1. Before lifting the light pole, be sure to check the fixation of each part, and check whether there is any deviation between the lamp holder and the battery board, and make appropriate adjustments.
2. Put the sling on the proper position of the light pole and slowly lift the lamp. Avoid damaging the battery panel by the crane wire rope.
3. When the light pole is hoisted to the foundation, slowly lower the light pole, and rotate the light pole at the same time, adjust the lamp head to face the road, and the hole on the flange is aligned with the anchor bolt.
4. After the flange is on the foundation, put on the flat washer, spring washer and nut in turn, and finally tighten the nut evenly with a wrench to fix the light pole.
5. Remove the lifting rope, and check whether the light pole is tilted, and whether the light pole is adjusted.
4. Installation of battery and controller
1. Put the battery into the battery well, and thread the battery wire onto the roadbed with a thin iron wire.
2. Connect the connecting wires to the controller according to the technical requirements; first connect the battery, then the load, and then the solar panel; during the wiring operation, you must pay attention to the wiring and the wiring terminals marked on the controller not to be wrong, positive and negative. The sex can’t collide, and can’t be reversed; otherwise the controller will be damaged.
3. Debug whether the street lamp is working normally; set the mode of the controller, let the street lamp light up, and check whether there is a problem. If there is no problem, after setting the lighting time, seal the lamp cover of the lamp pole.

Solar street lamp component adjustment and secondary embedding
1. After the installation of the solar street light is completed, check the installation effect of the overall street light, and readjust if the pole is tilted. In the end, the installed street lights will be uniform as a whole.
2. Check whether the sun facing angle of the battery board is deviated. You need to adjust the sun facing direction of the battery board to completely face south. The specific direction is subject to the compass.
3. Stand in the middle of the road and check whether the lamp arm is skewed and whether the lamp cap is proper. If the lamp arm or lamp head is not correct, it needs to be re-adjusted. (As shown below)
4. After all the installed street lights are adjusted neatly and the lamp arm and lamp cap are not skewed, perform the second pre-embedding of the lamp pole base. Use cement to build the base of the light pole into a small square to make the solar street light stronger and more reliable. (The second embedding is shown in the picture):
