What are the details to pay attention to when installing explosion-proof LED lights?

1. Allowed carrying capacity:

The section of the insulated wire and the section of the cable in Zone 1 and Zone 2 should be selected, and the allowable carrying capacity of the conductor should not be less than 1.25 times the rated current of the fuse and the set current of the long-time overcurrent release of the circuit breaker. The allowable current carrying capacity of the branch line of the low-voltage cage asynchronous motor should not be less than 1.25 times the rated current of the motor.

2. Isolation Seal:

Circuits and protective pipes, cables or layers of steel pipes should be tightly blocked with other materials when passing through partitions or slabs between blast risk areas of different levels.

3. Location selection:

Circuits should be placed where there is relatively little risk of blasting or away from sources of ignition.

4. Selection of laying method:

The explosion risk environment circuit is mainly the cable wiring of the explosion-proof steel pipe junction box.

5. Connection of electrical lines:

The intermediate connection between Zone 1 and Zone 2 circuits must be near an explosion-proof junction box or connection box that is compatible with the risk environment. Zone 1 should choose a fireproof junction box, and Zone 2 can be used to increase the type of junction box.

If you choose an aluminum core cable or wire for the 2-zone circuit, it must be reliable to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the user.
