The explosion-proof lamp shall be installed firmly, the fastening bolts shall not be replaced arbitrarily, and the spring washers shall be complete. The sealing ring for dust prevention and waterproof shall be placed as it is during installation.
At the cable inlet, the cable and the sealing gasket shall be closely matched. The cross-section of the cable shall be round, and the sheath surface shall be free of concave and convex defects. The excess inlet shall be blocked according to the explosion-proof type, and the compression nut shall be tightened to seal the inlet.
Explosion proof lamp grade

3: Prevent small solids from entering and invading
4: Prevent solids larger than 1mm from entering
5: Prevent harmful dust accumulation
6: Completely prevent dust from entering
Waterproof grade (the second X indicates)
0: no protection
1: Water drops drop into the shell without influence
2: When the housing is tilted to 15 degrees, water drops will not affect the housing
3: Water or rain has no effect from the 60 degree corner to the shell
4: Liquid splashed on the shell from any direction will not hurt
5: Wash with water without any damage
6: It can be used in the cabin environment
7: Immersion resistance in a short time (1m)
8: Immersion in water for a long time under certain pressure
