One: LED light source: (generally 3528, 2835, 3014, 3020 are used as the main light source)
1: The quality of the light source is good and average, mainly based on the chip used as the core reference. The larger the size, the more expensive the relative price and the better the quality; the grade of the chip is: A file, project The prices of products of different grades, such as products, grade B products, wafers, etc., differ by multiples to several times (the appearance and performance of the A product and the specific product chip are difficult to distinguish, let alone how to identify the customer. In fact, the so-called project product, compared with the A product, has a little defect in quality, but it is not a serious quality problem. For example, the brightness of the light source used is 7-7.5LM or more for 3528, and dual chips are used for 2835, and the brightness is 15LM or more for a single light. Color rendering index: 75-80; *21mil or more. The quality of the light source belongs to the upper-middle grade. In particular, the normal industry standard for the drive current of the light source 3528 is 20MA. In order to reduce the heat generation of the LED tube, we sacrifice the brightness of part of the light source of the 3528. Instead of driving with a full load of 20MA, we only use 17.5MA to drive. Efforts to increase the brightness of a single light source to about 7.5LM to reduce the "light loss" driven by low current.
In the market, many factories have LED tube light sources with a single brightness of 6-7LM, but because they have no light source packaging capabilities, they require 3528 lamp beads to be as cheap as 6 cents to 1 cent when purchasing light sources. The price can only force relevant LED packaging factories to use small-sized chips such as project products or B-grade products of about 8*15MIL or 10*16MIL. The cost of the 18W tube 288PCS light source is only about 17 yuan to 28 yuan; the upper and middle grade 3528 light source, such as chip Epistar, Guangjia, Chi Mei 8*20 or 9*21MIL, A product, the price is at least 0.15 yuan/ The cost of the light source is 43 yuan/piece. 3: Power supply: The power supply of LED fluorescent lamp is divided into two types: non-isolated and isolated.
1. Non-isolated constant current power supply: Non-isolated means that there is a direct connection between the load end and the input end, so there is a risk of electric shock if the load is touched. The advantage of the non-isolated constant current source is that the circuit design is simple and the manufacturing cost is not high.
2. Isolated constant current power supply: refers to the isolation transformer at the input and output ends. But it can isolate the input and output. The advantage of isolating the constant current source is that the circuit design is complicated and the danger of electric shock can be avoided. The disadvantage is that the efficiency of the power supply will be reduced, the manufacturing cost will be high, and the volume will be relatively large.

At present, LED tubes on the market are basically divided into two types: semi-plastic and semi-aluminum tubes and all-plastic tubes.
1. All-plastic tube: The early LED fluorescent lamp used all-plastic tube, because it mainly used non-isolated power supply, in order to avoid the problem of electric shock, it is more desirable to use all-plastic tube. The biggest problem of this kind of fluorescent lamp is the heat dissipation problem. Because all the heat is sealed in the tube, it cannot be dissipated at all, and the light decay is very serious, so it is not recommended to use it. The price is around 2 to 3 yuan/kit.
2. Semi-plastic and half-aluminum tube: The LED fluorescent lamps sold on the market are basically half of PC and half of aluminum alloy. Plastic is used for the half that needs light transmission, and the half that does not need light transmission but needs heat dissipation. Use aluminum alloy. The power supply is of course placed in the aluminum tube, so that the heat generated by the LED plus the heat generated by the power supply is quite large, because the power of this kind of lamp is usually about 20W. The main purpose is to confirm the thickness of the aluminum material, and the heat dissipation effect must be at least 1.0MM or more to reach the standard. At present, the samples from some factories are basically 0.6-0.8MM thick, and the aluminum material is more sub-colored, which proves that there are more impurities. 1. Fixed ends: There are many joints on the market at present, including aluminum skin, PC material, and aluminum skin plus PC material. 2. The light transmittance of PC masks: The light transmittance of transparent masks in the market can reach 88-95%, and the light transmittance of fog masks is 70-86%. If the luminous flux of a tube without a mask is 2000lm, and now a transparent mask with a light transmittance of only 88% is added to it, then its actual luminous flux is only 1760lm. If you add a transparent mask with a light transmittance of 95% to it, then its actual luminous flux is 1900lm, which is also a transparent mask. Why is there such a big difference between the two? The answer lies in the material of the mask. At present, the materials of PC masks on the market include ordinary PC materials and optical grade PC materials. The greater the thermal conductivity, the better the heat transfer and heat conduction effect.
