Why is the LED street light flickering?
After the LED light is turned on, it will not light up after a flash. The common fault is the damage of the lamp bead or the breakdown of the power filter capacitor. The lamp beads of LED lamps are generally composed of multiple lamp beads in series. If one of the lamp beads is damaged and is in an open circuit state, the string of lamp beads will not light up. If the LED light is composed of multiple strings of light beads connected in series, then damage to one light bead will only make some light beads of the LED light off.
If the LED light does not light up, you can disassemble the case to see if there is any damage to the lamp beads. Generally, the burnt-out LED lamp beads have a black spot on the lamp bead. Find this kind of bad lamp bead and replace it with a lamp bead of the same specification. If you can't see the bad lamp beads from the appearance, you can use the multimeter diode gear measurement to find the bad lamp beads.
If the LED lamp is composed of multiple strings of lamp beads connected in series, after turning on the lamp, it will flicker and not light up. In this case, the possibility of failure of the constant current drive circuit is generally higher. During maintenance, you can disassemble the constant current driver of the LED lamp, and focus on checking the two electrolytic capacitors in the driver. The capacitor C2 in the above picture is the power filter capacitor. If the withstand voltage of the capacitor is not high enough, it is easy to break down and damage, resulting in the driver There is no voltage output, so that the LED light cannot be lit. Capacitor C1 is connected in parallel with the output end of the driver (ie, both ends of the LED lamp bead). If the capacitor breaks down, the LED lamp will not light up. In addition, some LED light drivers have a fuse at the input end. If the fuse blows, the LED light will not light up.
