    1. Structural characteristics


    Compared with other lamps, the structure of LED panel lamp is unique. It is mainly composed of light source, light guide plate, diffuser plate, reflective paper, driving power supply, etc. Compared with other lamps, there are more light guide plates, diffuser plates, reflective paper and other similar LED backlight sources. product structure.


    1. LED light source


    LED panel light manufacturers basically use SMD patch series in the use of LED light sources, such as 3528, 3014 and so on. The market faced by LED panel light manufacturers is dynamic, and the manufacturers will choose the light source that meets the design requirements according to the actual needs of customers for the product. The choice of LED light source is extremely critical to the improvement of product performance, and is one of the important factors to improve the quality of LED panel lights.


    2. Light guide plate


    The function of the light guide plate is to convert the light emitted by the LED point light source into a surface light source through optical technology, and to refract the side LED light through the mesh point so that the light can be uniformly exported from the front. At present, mainly in the form of printed light guide plate, the quality of the light guide plate will directly affect the brightness and uniformity of the product, and good light transmission performance is required.


    The light guide plate is the key point of the quality control of the LED panel light. If the dot design is not good, the overall light effect obtained will be poor, and the light output will be uneven. There will also be dark sides on both sides of the bright light in the middle, bright light bands at the incoming light, visible local dark areas, and differences. Inconsistent angular brightness, etc. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate, it mainly depends on the design of the dots, followed by the quality of the plate. It is advisable to choose a qualified plate with high light transmittance.


    3. Diffuser plate


    The main function of the diffuser plate is to evenly export the light of the light guide plate to make the light distribution more uniform. When the light hits the diffusing point, the reflected light will diffuse to all angles, and then exit from the front of the light guide plate. Various diffusing points of different density and size are used to make the light guide plate emit light uniformly and improve the brightness of the light guide plate. It can also play the role of blurred dots.


    The diffuser plate generally uses acrylic 2.0 plate or PC material, and it is almost PS material. The cost of acrylic is lower, the light transmittance is slightly higher than that of PC, and the anti-aging performance is weak; the price of PC is slightly more expensive, but the anti-aging performance is strong. After the diffuser is installed, the dots cannot be seen, and the light transmittance should be about 90%. The light transmittance of acrylic is 92%, PC is about 90%, and PS is about 88%. Manufacturers can choose the material of the diffuser plate according to their needs. At present, most manufacturers use acrylic materials.


    4. Reflective paper


    The function of the reflective paper is to fully reflect the light overflowing from the light guide plate, so that the light emitted by the LED can be fully utilized. The reflective paper with a reflectivity close to 100% is selected as much as possible to maximize the light utilization and improve the output brightness of the LED panel light.     5. Back cover


    The main function is to seal the LED panel light, generally using aluminum plate, and it can also play a role in heat dissipation.


    6. Drive power


    At present, there are two kinds of LED driving power supply, one is to use constant current power supply, this mode has high efficiency, PF value is as high as 0.95, and the cost performance is high; the other is to use constant voltage and constant current power supply, with stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost, generally used This kind of power supply is mainly for export, and the other party has certification requirements. In fact, it is safe to use a constant current power supply at home, because it is difficult for users to access the power supply, and the lamp body itself uses a safe low voltage.


    2. Efficiency improvement


    Efficiency is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of LED panel lights. Luminous efficiency (luminousefficacy) is the ratio of the luminous flux emitted by the light source to the electrical power consumed by it, and the unit is lm/W. Luminaire efficacy (luminaireefficacy) refers to the ratio of the initial total luminous flux emitted by the luminaire to the power consumed by the luminaire under the claimed operating conditions of the luminaire, and the unit is lm/W.


    "Light efficiency" is used to evaluate LED light sources, and "lamp efficiency" is used to evaluate LED lamps. Both LED light source light efficiency and LED lamp efficiency indicate the efficiency of converting electrical energy into light energy. They are indicators describing the energy-saving characteristics of lighting products, but their connotations is different. According to the GT004-2012 "LED panel lamps for indoor general lighting" standard, the measurement should be carried out in a non-air convection environment with a relative humidity of not more than 65% and a temperature of 25°C ± 1°C, and the LED panel lamps should be in a stable working state. .


    The luminous flux of the light source in the light effect of the LED light source refers to the luminous flux emitted by the bare light source (the state that has not been installed in the lamp). The molecular luminous flux in the efficacy of LED lamps refers to the luminous flux emitted by the lamp after the light source is installed in the lamp and the required LED control device or the power supply of the LED control device is used at the same time.
