1.Is that dimmable?
No, it is not dimmable.
2.Will these work when my rv is connected to 110 shore power?
Most RV lighting fixtures are 12V so they should be fine.You have a 110V to 12V power converter somewhere in your rig. Just remember, you will have to convert your fixture from fluorescent tubes - these don't just replace them. I am quite satisfied with my results.
3.Does this require a low voltage transformer ?
Answer:this is a 12 volts DC tube either yoy can connect directly to a 12v supply from a battery or through a transformer converting from 110/220 V AC to 12V DC
