7 steps of LED tube production process
The basic equipment necessary to produce LED tubes: placement machine, reflow soldering, electric soldering iron, power meter, electric screwdriver.
Auxiliary equipment: multimeter, tweezers, integrating sphere, optical cloth indexer, vibration machine.
1. LED lamp bead patch process: paste the LED lamp bead on the aluminum substrate, first brush the solder paste through the steel mesh, and then paste it on the aluminum substrate by the placement machine, and then make the lamp bead close to the circuit board by reflow soldering superior. This completes the first step.
2. LED tube assembly process: the job after patching is to glue the circuit board with the lamp beads to the aluminum profile of the LED tube with thermal paste. The reason for using thermal paste is to make the aluminum profile and the circuit board tight. Glue tightly together to conduct heat away. The next step is to install the power supply into the aluminum profile, connect the circuit, and finally cover the PC cover.
3. LED tube test process: After the above assembly, a LED tube is formed. After assembling, you need to do the following tests: test power, power factor, test brightness, color temperature, color rendering index, etc., to see if it meets the requirements of production, during this period, you need to use a power meter and an integrating sphere.
If one of the above conditions does not meet the requirements, it needs to be reworked and repaired. For example, if there is a dead light phenomenon, you need to replace the new lamp beads. If the power does not meet the requirements, you need to replace the power supply or adjust the power supply to meet the requirements; if the color temperature is unqualified, you need to rebuild to meet the requirements, but this situation is relatively rare. Because regular companies will have incoming inspections, such low-level errors will be checked out when incoming materials are received. In order to reduce the trouble of maintenance, it is best to use a good brand of led lamp beads to relieve worries. If there are no other problems, basically an LED tube will be formed.
4. Damage test process: After completing the third step, there is the last step is the damage test, this step is to test whether the LED tube will have problems under bad conditions. Mainly include: 1 meter drop test, vibration test, these two tests can show inferior products.
5. Aging test process: The LED lamp tube aging room is continuously aging for 24 hours, and it is automatically turned on and off every 5 minutes to test the anti-impact current.
6. Labeling: The label indicates power, voltage, color temperature, lumen value, installation drawing, certificate mark drawing, etc.
7. Packaging and shipping: After the above 6 steps, packaging, boxing, and shipping are carried out.
Note: Incoming inspection must not be less, use branded led lamp beads. Otherwise, the problem will not be discovered until the product is made. Necessary working equipment and testing instruments can more effectively guarantee the production of qualified products.
