Consumers need to pay attention to 5 points when buying energy-saving lamps

Energy-saving lamps can be said to have reached a flood in the market, not to mention that they can be bought in hardware stores, even in small shops. The quality of energy-saving lamps is worthy of attention. The Consumers Association reminds the public that consumers should pay attention to 5 points when buying energy-saving lamps, and keep these "5 attentions" in mind.

   1. Pay attention to the outer packaging and appearance of the product. The state mandates that energy-saving lamp products be marked with the following content on the outer packaging: origin, manufacturer, telephone, rated voltage and voltage range, rated power, rated frequency, etc. Mark the lamp's current and other supplementary instructions related to safe use on the lamp, package or in the instruction manual. Check whether the lamp cap and lamp tube are loose, whether the fluorescent powder coating of the lamp tube is uniform, and there is no missing or falling powder. The phosphor should be crystal clear and white, and there should be no yellowing or graying.

   2. Pay attention to the light effect and lighting time. Let the light of the energy-saving lamp shine on the palm of the hand. If the palm of the hand looks red and bloody, it is a three-primary energy-saving lamp. If it appears blue and bloodless, it is a halogen powder energy-saving lamp. The real three-color tube lights slowly when starting up, and it takes 3 to 5 minutes to reach the brightest effect, while the halogen powder tube or mixed powder tube will reach the maximum brightness after power on. In addition, when the lamp is started, the lamp should emit light normally and evenly, there should be no obvious dark spots, and the luminous body should not flicker.

   3. Read the product manual and the words on the packaging carefully. It can not only guide the scientific and correct use of energy-saving lamps, but also learn more about other product properties, such as power factor, light efficiency, etc., which will help consumers understand product quality Condition. At the same time, the purchase voucher should be kept so that there will be quality or service problems in the future. As evidence of replacement and claims, energy-saving lamps with "three noes" cannot be bought.

   4. Purchase products with certification marks. At present, there are two energy-saving certification marks for lighting products in our country: "CQC energy-saving" and "jie". Both signs indicate that the product meets the requirements of the energy-saving evaluation value in the national standard.

   5. When consumers buy energy-saving lamps, they must ask for shopping vouchers from the merchants. Once quality or safety issues arise, the shopping vouchers are an important legal basis for timely and effective rights protection.

Although many people use energy-saving lamps, as LED bulbs become more common, ordinary energy-saving lamps may be replaced by super energy-saving LED bulbs.
