According to the actual needs of the work site, confirm the installation orientation and method of the lamp, and then prepare the corresponding length of Φ8~Φ14 mm three-core cable for the distance from the lamp to the power supply contact, and thread the three-core cable into the prepared steel pipe.
Unscrew the compression nut at the cable inlet of the lamp (it is attached at the factory and will not be used after the steel pipe is used), introduce the power cable to the internal wiring place, connect and fix it, then tighten the cable steel pipe and fasten the lamp top cover , tighten the set screw.
When replacing the bulb, unscrew the Phillips pan head screw that fixes the lamp ring, and rotate the lamp ring counterclockwise to separate the lamp ring and the transparent part from the housing, remove the bulb, replace it with a new one, and press the opposite direction. Just install the lights.
Precautions:
1. When installing and protecting lamps, the power supply must be cut off.
2. Non-professionals are not allowed to install or disassemble lamps.
3. When installing and protecting lamps, it is forbidden to open them without electricity;
4. During use, avoid sharp objects from scratching the transparent cover, please use a damp cloth when wiping the transparent cover;
5. Check the flameproof surface regularly, and apply anti-rust oil to the flameproof surface in time;
6. Check the sealing ring regularly, if it is found that it is aging, it should be replaced in time.
