1. 3. There is no rust on the flameproof surface (after wiping with pure cotton yarn, those who still have rust marks are rust, and only cloud shadows are left, which is not rust).
Fourth, the explosion-proof surface tightened with bolts:
①The bolts and spring washers must be complete and tightened (tighten them horizontally to flatten the sealing ring to meet the standard).
②The specifications and models of the spring washers must be consistent with the bolts (sometimes when some spring washers break or lose ductility, check the explosion-proof gap at this point. If it does not exceed, replace the spring washers that meet the standard to prevent explosion).
③ Bolts or screw holes cannot be slipped (except for those with the same diameter and long bolts and nuts).
④The mutual cooperation of bolts and non-penetrating screw holes, after tightening, the radial length of the remaining external threads on the bolts and screw holes should exceed 1.5 times the thickness of the spring washer; the thickness of the periphery and bottom end of the screw holes should exceed 2mm.
⑤ The specifications of bolts and nuts in the same position should be the same, and the depth of the steel tightening bolts screwed into the nut should not be lower than the diameter of the bolt.
