Detailed explanation of installation method of LED explosion-proof lamp

1. Indoor installation of LED explosion-proof lamps: LED explosion-proof lamps do not need to withstand wind and rain when used for indoor decoration, so the installation is very simple. Take the LED explosion-proof lighthouse produced by Rainbow Electronics as an example. Each LED explosion-proof lighthouse is pasted with its own adhesive 3M double-sided adhesive tape. During installation, the sticker on the surface of 3M double-sided adhesive tape is directly torn off and fixed at the place where the light tape needs to be installed. It can be flattened by hand.

What if some places need corners or are too long? It's simple. Led explosion-proof lighthouse is a circuit structure composed of three LEDs in serial and parallel mode, and each three LEDs can be used independently.

2. Led explosion-proof outdoor installation: outdoor installation can withstand wind and rain. If fixed with 3M glue, 3M adhesion will be reduced and led explosion-proof tape will fall off over a long period of time. Therefore, card slot fixation is often used for outdoor installation. Places that need to be cut and connected are the same as indoor installation. In order to consolidate the waterproof effect of connection points, waterproof equipment must be provided separately.

3. Power connection method of LED explosion-proof lamp: the general voltage of LED explosion-proof lamp is DC 12V, and switching power supply must be used. The size of the power supply is determined by the power and connection length of the LED explosion-proof belt. If you don't want each LED explosion-proof belt to be controlled by one power supply, you can buy a high-power switching power supply to manufacture the total power supply, and then use all the LED explosion-proof belt input power supplies at the same time (if the wire size is insufficient, it can be further extended), so as to uniformly power the whole switching power supply. These advantages are that it can be controlled centrally, and the inconvenience is that it can not achieve the lighting effect and switch control of a single LED explosion-proof belt. Specifically, what kind of method can be measured by yourself.

4. Connection mode of LED explosion-proof controller: LED parking lights and RGB true colors must use controllers to achieve the conversion effect, and the control distance of each controller is different. Generally speaking, the control distance of a simple controller can be controlled to 10 ~ 15 meters, the control distance of a remote controller can be controlled to 15 ~ 20 meters, and the length can be controlled to 30 meters. If the connection distance of LED explosion-proof lighthouse is long and the controller cannot control such a long lighthouse, the power amplifier must be used for disassembly.

Precautions when installing explosion-proof light belt:

(1) If the whole LED explosion-proof tape is separated or bundled, do not turn on the power supply and the LED explosion-proof tape.

(2) According to the installation length on site, if it is necessary to cut the LED explosion-proof lighthouse, the light band can only be cut at the place with the logo. Otherwise, one of them will not be opened, and the length of each unit is usually 1.5-2 meters.

(3) When connecting the power supply or the threads of the two lamp strips, first bend the left and right to make the light shine brightly, so that the wires in the lamp strip are exposed for about 2-3 mm, and then cut them clean with scissors without violating the sense of harmony, and the public is short circuited.

(4) Only led seven color lights with the same specifications and voltage can be threaded with each other, and the total length of threads cannot exceed the length of large licenses.

(5) When the LED explosion-proof belts are connected to each other, there is no connection. That is to say, open a section so as to know in time whether the anode is connected incorrectly and whether the light injection direction of each lighthouse is consistent.

(6) The end of the lamp holder must be equipped with a PVC plug, firmly bound with a clamp, and then sealed around the interface with neutral horsepower glue to ensure safety.

(7) Since the LED explosion-proof lamp has unidirectional conductivity, if the power cord with AC-DC converter is used, the power test shall be conducted after the power connection is completed to ensure that the two poles are correct before use.
