1. Before installation:
Before installation, we must ensure the integrity of LED explosion-proof lamps. Many explosion-proof lamps are damaged due to bumps during long-term storage or long-distance transportation, which affects the performance of some products. If the explosion-proof lamp is stored for a long time and then taken out for installation, it is necessary to test the performance of the product before installation. If there is a fault in operation, it should be repaired immediately. Before installing the explosion-proof lamp, cut off the power supply to avoid electric shock during installation.
2. Installation:
(1) When installing explosion-proof lamps, confirm the angle and installation method. The installation angle shall not be greater than 45%. If it is too large, it will affect the lighting of the equipment. The installation mode is selected according to the actual environment. It is recommended to install it by wall hanging, which can give full play to its performance.
(2) When installing explosion-proof lamps, the shell must be grounded and confirmed firmly before installing other parts. If the lamp is not fixed properly, leakage of other components may cause damage to components.
(3) After installation, take out the shock-absorbing foam in the explosion-proof lamp holder and confirm whether it is fastened.
Regarding the overhaul and maintenance of LED explosion-proof lamps in daily life, the following points should be noted:
1. The explosion-proof lamp and lampshade shall be able to automatically cut off the power supply before opening. However, due to the complex interlocking device, it is difficult to realize. Most of the lamps are equipped with warning signs with the words "no live start" at obvious places of Wacker.
2. Because the surface size of the bulb is still large after power failure, if the lampshade is opened immediately, there is still a risk of igniting explosive gas mixture (mainly referring to the flameproof structure), so incandescent lamps, high-pressure pump lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps, which have high surface temperature and can quickly open the cover, should pay attention to this point;
3. The author's unit uses many explosion-proof fluorescent lamps, and has an interlock mechanism for opening the cover and cutting off the power, which provides convenience and guarantee for maintenance. Because the fluorescent lamp is a cold light source lamp, there is no high surface temperature, and the cover can be opened immediately after power failure;
4. When replacing the bulb (tube), the flameproof joint surface of the explosion-proof lamp shall be properly protected from damage;
5. The cleaned flameproof surface shall be coated with phosphating paste or 204-1 antirust oil, and other paints are prohibited;
6. There shall be no rust layer on the flameproof surface. If there is slight corrosion, there should be no pit after cleaning;
7. The sealing ring for dust prevention and waterproof must be kept intact, which is very important for the increased safety lamps;
8. If the sealing ring is seriously damaged, replace the sealing ring with the same specification and material, and replace the whole lamp if necessary;
9. Pay attention to whether the lampshade is in good condition during maintenance, and replace it immediately if it is damaged;
10. Portable lamps are divided into feeder grid power supply and self-contained power supply;
11. For lamps powered by feeder network, rubber sheathed cable shall be used from explosion-proof junction box (box) or explosion-proof plug to lamps, and its grounding or neutral core shall be in the same sheath;
12. The cable shall be YC and YCW heavy-duty rubber sheathed cable with small main core and allowable planting area of 25mm2
13. It should be emphasized here that the cable of the portable lamp is not allowed to have intermediate joints.
