Differences between the old and new versions of the energy-saving certification for LED road lighting/LED tunnel lighting products
The new version of the technical specifications and certification rules for energy-saving certification of LED road/tunnel lighting products will be implemented on March 1, 2017. Starting from March 1, 2017, CQC will adopt the new version of the technical specifications to implement certification and issue certification certificates. For the old version of the technical specification energy-saving certification certificate, the holder of the certificate shall submit an application for conversion of the new version of the technical specification certification certificate to CQC after the implementation of the new version of the technical specification and before the next follow-up inspection, and accept the laboratory's testing in accordance with the new version of the technical specification. After passing the qualification, a new version of the technical specification certification certificate will be issued. The conversion of the old version of the technical specification certification certificate should be completed before March 1, 2018. CQC will suspend the certification certificate that has not completed the conversion after the expiry date; if the certificate conversion work has not been completed before June 1, 2018, CQC will be revoked.
The specific differences between the new and old versions of the certification technical specifications are as follows:
1. Scope, remove the restriction that LED road lighting products can only be used on secondary roads and branch roads; add LED road lighting products powered by photovoltaic power;
2. Normative reference documents are updated according to the latest revisions of relevant national standards and IEC standards, and GB/T 24827 "Performance Requirements for Road and Street Lighting Lamps" is added.
3. Terms and definitions, add "LED road lighting products powered by photovoltaic power supply";
4. Cancel the specification classification;
5. The step length of rated luminous flux shall be regulated, and the maximum rated luminous flux of LED road lighting products powered by photovoltaic power supply shall be stipulated;
6. Improve initial lamp efficiency requirements;
7. Both the 3000-hour luminous flux maintenance rate and the 6000-hour luminous flux maintenance rate limit are changed to integers;
8. Increase the initial color rendering index requirements;
9. Delete quality requirements;
10. Merge the safety requirements into 4.2.3;
11. Modify the related color temperature test method.
The differences between the new and old versions of the certification rules are as follows:
1. The scope of application shall be adjusted with reference to the technical specifications;
2. 5.2.2 Adjust the test items according to the technical specifications; the 10000h luminous flux maintenance rate is changed to 89%;
3. 5.2.3 Adjust the testing items at each stage according to the technical specifications;
4. 6.1.1 Change power and power factor to confirm inspection items; mark inspection to routine inspection items; add initial color rendering index to confirm inspection items and delete weight;
5. 8.4 Supervise sampling, increase the initial color rendering index for the project;
6. Product description, the use of the product in the sample description adds expressway and main road.
