1. Color

In terms of color, LED flexible light strips are "colorful", "white", "warm white", "red", "green", "yellow", "blue and white" and so on. In theory, LEDs can call out many colors, but there are only a few conventional ones, and there will be some "deviations" depending on the color temperature. For example, "warm white" has a color temperature of 2700-3000K, and "white" includes cool white and "true white" close to the color of sunlight. Statistics based on market demand. The largest shipment is "warm white", followed by "white", then yellow and blue. Very few other colors. If you want "warm feeling", choose "warm white"; if you want "light and clean feeling", choose "cool white"; if you want "fashionable feeling", choose "blue"; if you want "alternative feeling", choose "yellow or green". 2. Model

The common models used for LED strips are 2835 and 5050. The quality of the LED light bar depends on the chip Z. Whether you can buy a good chip depends not only on whether you can get a good price when you buy it yourself, but also on the integrity of the manufacturer. Generally speaking, the chips in Europe, America and Japan are better than those in Taiwan, and the chips in Taiwan are better than those made in China. But the price is also higher than one. Sometimes I am really "proud": there is really no shortage of cutting-edge talents in China. Once any product arrives in China, not only the performance of the product will "degrade", but the price will also drop. Therefore, when you choose, it will be better to choose the corresponding grade of cost-effective products according to your own needs. The SMD5050 used in the light bar is packaged with a Taiwan high-brightness chip, and the luminous flux is 1-2lm higher than that of ordinary chips. A 5050 lamp bead has three chips. When one chip is damaged, it will not affect the light of the other two chips. When only three cores are damaged, only a group of three 5050s will not light up, which will not affect the entire light bar.

3. Material

In terms of material, there are two types, one is hard light strips, and the other is soft light strips made of flexible materials.

LED hard light strips are assembled with PCB hard boards. LEDs are assembled with SMD LEDs, and they can also be assembled with in-line LEDs. Different components are used depending on the needs. The advantage of the hard light bar is that it is easier to fix, and it is more convenient to process and install; the disadvantage is that it cannot be bent at will, and it is not suitable for irregular places. There are 18 LEDs, 24 LEDs, 30 LEDs, 36 LEDs, 40 LEDs and many other specifications for SMD LEDs for rigid light bars; 18 LEDs, 24 LEDs, 36 LEDs, 48 LEDs are used for in-line LEDs. And other different specifications, there are front and side, and the side light is also called the Great Wall light bar.

The flexible LED light bar uses FPC as the assembly circuit board and SMD LED for assembly, so that the thickness of the product is only the thickness of a coin and does not take up space; the general specifications are 30cm long, 18 LEDs, 24 LEDs and 50cm long. 15 LEDs, 24 LEDs, 30 LEDs, etc. There are also 60cm, 80cm, etc., different users have different specifications. The FPC material is soft and can be bent, folded, and rolled at will, and can be moved and stretched freely in three-dimensional space without breaking.  4. Adhesive

1. The silicone material is colorless and highly transparent.

2. Good flexibility, can be folded and bent at will, good tear resistance, not hard.

3. Low viscosity, good defoaming, smooth and bright surface after hardening, no yellowing.

4. Good performance under high and low temperature (-50℃-60℃).

5. Strong adhesion, good insulation, good sealing, waterproof, corrosion resistance, excellent weather resistance and anti-ultraviolet performance.

Five, the number of lamp beads

The number of lamp beads usually refers to the number of lamp beads contained in one meter of light bars. The common ones are 30, 48, 60, 72, 120; because 5050 is relatively large, you can't find 120-bead 5050 light strips. Similarly, you can hardly find 15-bead 3528 because there are too few. The whole light bar doesn't make much sense anymore.
