How to build contacts?

How to build contacts?

Success is equal to 70% of contacts and 30% of knowledge. Those who have done the most brilliant careers are often the ones who know how to manage relationships. How do we manage our connections? Based on years of experience, the author has summarized the eight principles of network management.

one. The principle of proximity: start with the people around you (relatives, friends, colleagues) to develop your own personal connections.

Many young salespeople who just started to work proudly said: "I have to rely on my own strength to break out of my own world." It should be said: These salespeople are courageous but naive in thinking. Don't position yourself as a solo traveler in the world of rangers, relying on your life's skills to break into the world alone. Today's era is no longer the era of small peasant economy, you can do it yourself and have enough food and clothing. The division of labor in society is getting finer and finer, and no one can live alone without the society. So seeking help from others is not a sign of incompetence, but a wise move. Smart people don't want to be near and far, and the relationship between people starts from the people around them.

To accumulate personal connections from your side, you should grasp the following five essentials:

   1. Participate more in family, classmates, and work parties. All kinds of large and small gatherings are places to accumulate connections; everyone here may be someone who can help you. At the gathering, listen to the narratives of others attentively; gain useful confidence in yourself in the words of others; and write them down with your heart. After the party is over, write down the names of the people you met at the party in the notebook, and note after each person's name: What can he help you?

   2. Take the initiative to provide help to people around you within your capacity. Be an enthusiastic person. If you provide a piece of help to others, you will add a resource to your network of connections. The more you help others, the more likely you are to get help from others in the future. Regardless of whether it is a big or small matter, as long as you are enthusiastic about it, you can have a reward.

   3. Dare to ask people around for help. Many people have the feeling that the closer the person is, the harder it is to ask for help. I thought that people around him would despise him if he talked too much. It is incompetent to think that this little thing can't be done. In fact, this is just a misunderstanding. The people around you are often the ones most willing to help you. If you have a heart to help others, the people around you will be able to help you and be happy.

   4. To get help from people around you, you must be grateful. Some people think that these are my dearest people, and it is only natural for them to help me. No one in this world has an obligation to help you. Even your parents and siblings. Expressing gratitude to the people who helped you can not only show that you are a person who understands the world, but also give the people who help you get spiritual comfort. Saying more words of gratitude to the people around you will make you live in a strong family atmosphere.

   5. To repay the help of the people around you, you also need to have a material expression. Some people think that people around me help me because of family affection. Incidental benefits will change the taste. In fact, it is not; especially with the help of others, you need to share part of the corresponding rewards you get with the people around you. In this way, your connections will become wider and wider.

two. The principle of black and white beads: prepare two bottles, one with black beads and one with white beads. If you pay for others, put one white bead in the bottle, and if others pay for you, put one black bead in the other bottle. In, remember to keep the number of white beads doubled than black beads.

Some sales veterans are always so calm in their sales work, and the handling of customer relations is always dripping. You ask them if they accumulate contacts. The answer they tell you is simple. When dealing with customers, they consider one thing: What can I do for customers?
