How to design suitable office lighting

It usually includes reception and corporate image presentation areas, open office areas, independent management offices, passages and corridors, meeting rooms and informal discussion areas. The main points of the first office lighting design
(1) Use a light source of about 6200K to give a uniformly distributed 300-500lx ambient light (general lighting). On each working surface, it is recommended to use a light source of about 4000K to give the accent lighting of the working surface above 800lx.
(2) The glare index (UGR), one of the main indicators that affect vision and vision health, should be controlled within 22, and the color rendering index should also reach 80 or more.
(3) Other spaces should be bright where it should be bright, and dark where it should be dark, not even or flat. Note that in meeting rooms, informal discussion areas, meeting rooms and other areas, use warm-colored light sources (around 2800-3300K) to create a friendly atmosphere and harmonious interpersonal relationships.
The main points of the second office lighting design
1. When it is difficult to determine the working position, you can choose LED lamps with large light-emitting area and low brightness, such as LED panel lights.
2. Matte decorative materials should be used for the adjacent surfaces of visual work and the decorative performance in the room.
3. Office hours are almost always during the day, so artificial lighting should be combined with natural lighting to form a comfortable lighting environment.
4. In the office room with computer terminal equipment, the image of people and objects (such as lamps, furniture, windows, etc.) should be avoided on the screen.
5. The general lighting of the office should be designed on both sides of the working area. When fluorescent lamps are used, the longitudinal axis of the lamps should be parallel to the horizontal line of sight, and the lamps should not be arranged directly in front of the working position.
6. LED lamps should be used for office lighting.
7. Ideal office environment and methods to avoid light reflection.
8. The lighting design of the manager's office should consider the illuminance of the desk, the illuminance of the meeting space and the necessary electrical equipment.
9. The lighting of the conference room should be considered as the main lighting on the conference table. Make people feel centered and concentrated. The illuminance should be appropriate, and auxiliary lighting should be added around.
10. For the stage lighting of the auditorium, which is mainly used for gatherings, ceiling lights can be used with auxiliary lighting installed in front of the stage, and the average vertical illuminance is not less than 300LX.
The third and third major misunderstanding
Lighting is undoubtedly the magician of space design. With the improvement of people's living standards, office lighting design has received more and more attention. In addition to meeting general lighting needs, the main task of office lighting design is to create a warm family atmosphere. Therefore, the correct selection of lamps is extremely important. However, because ordinary people have very limited knowledge of lights, they often use them blindly, which has caused many misunderstandings in their use.
Misuse one
Many people blindly use spotlights (ie halogen tungsten bulbs). Spotlights were originally used for accent lighting and have the effect of emphasizing display items, but they are now used for general lighting. The spotlights on the ceiling make the ceiling too eye-catching, and the lighting effect on other objects is relatively weakened, which limits the lighting range of the space.
Misuse 2
In order to save money, many people choose traditional fluorescent lamps for lighting, ignoring that traditional fluorescent lamps are prone to light decay during use and frequent maintenance.
Misuse three
Many people prefer crystal lamps and think it is a symbol of style, but they have not noticed that the ceiling height of European and American residences is at least 3.5 meters, while the ceiling height of domestic residences is generally less than 3 meters. Therefore, if the crystal lamp is used blindly without considering the national conditions, it will not only fail to show the grace of the crystal lamp, but will cause a sense of oppression.
