How to quickly install LED fluorescent tubes
1. New clothes
Connect the mains AC 220V power supply through the switch to the lamp pins at both ends of the LED lamp tube.
2. Modification
Retrofit means to transform the internal circuit of the lamps that originally used ordinary fluorescent lamps according to the requirements of LED fluorescent lamps, so that they can be applied to LED fluorescent lamps. The following takes the light pipe bracket as an example to introduce the modification method as follows:
First, remove the general fluorescent tube on the light tube bracket and store it well, remove the decoration mask on the bracket, and then depending on the ballast method used by the original fluorescent tube, you can modify it in the following two ways:
1. Inductive ballast
The traditional inductive rectifier wiring diagram is shown in Figure 2. When refitting, first remove the starter S on the light pipe bracket, then remove the two power leads on the inductive ballast terminals a and b in the bracket, and then short-circuit the two exempted wires. Never use an electrician
Bandaged with tape. In order to prevent the modified light pipe bracket from being mistakenly installed with a general fluorescent tube, a label should be affixed in a prominent position inside the bracket, stating "This lamp basin is only suitable for installing LED fluorescent lamps". After checking that the wires are connected correctly, the decoration mask can be installed.
Install the matching LED fluorescent tube on this light tube bracket and turn it on.
2. Electronic ballast
The traditional electronic ballast wiring diagram is shown in Figure 3. When refitting, remove all the wires on the electronic ballast terminal in the light pipe bracket, and then short-circuit the two wires connecting the A and B terminals of the electronic ballast together and connect them to the "L" of the power input end of the bracket
