5. Look at the convex surface of the copper clad sheet of the FPC and the copper foil: it can be seen from the connection between the solder sheet and the FPC. The rolled copper sheet close to the flexible circuit board can be bent arbitrarily without falling off. The tortuousness of the copper-plated sheet is too large, and the solder joints will easily fall off. If the temperature is too high, the maintenance will also cause the solder joints to fall off.
6. Look at the cleanliness of the appearance of the LED explosion-proof light: If the LED light strip produced by the SMT process is used, its appearance is clean, free of impurities and stains. However, if the LED explosion-proof lamp produced by the fake welding process is used, no matter how clean its appearance is, it will leave smudges and cleaning marks, and even flux and tin slag will appear on the appearance of the FPC.
